LSU football offensive lineman Jordan Seaton was named to the Outland Trophy preseason watch list. The award is presented annually to the best collegiate interior lineman on offense or defense. Glenn Dorsey is the only former Tiger to win it, taking the honor home in 2007.

Seaton came to LSU as the top offensive lineman in the transfer portal. He spent his first two years of college at Colorado, starting all 13 games as a true freshman. It's incredibly rare for true freshman to start on the offensive line but the former five-star prospect earned the role at left tackle, helping the Buffaloes finish 9-4.

As a sophomore, Seaton started the first nine games but sat for the final three due to an injury. He still earned a spot on the All-Big 12 second team, following up 2024 when multiple outlets named him to their freshman All-American teams.

Seaton adds much-needed experience and talent to a depleted offensive line room. LSU lost much of its depth to the transfer portal but retained key pieces from last year, such as center Braelin Moore.
