North Carolina Football vs. Duke: Betting Lines, Injury Report
NCAAF College Football News, Photos, Stats, Scores, Schedule & Videos...
If there was ever a time for the North Carolina Tar Heels to string a few wins together, it's now.
This is a team that has a clear path to making its first bowl game under second-year head coach Bill Belichick, but that means they have to go on the road and win a game like this one.
UNC sits at 3-2 (1-1) as they had all week to prepare for the 4-1 (1-1) Duke Blue Devils.
The Tar Heels do indeed enter this one as field-goal underdogs, something that may surprise some knowing they just knocked off the No. 25 team in the country last week.
Not only did UNC defeat No. 25 Pitt, but they did it on the road, so who's to say they can't replicate those results against an unranked Duke team on Saturday, Oct. 17?
UNC vs. Duke final injury report
Both of these teams have quite a few players who won't be playing in Week 7. In fact, each has ruled out nine players.
UNC: DB #2 Kaleb Cost, WR #4 Mason Humphrey, DB #6 Tre Miller, DB #17 Jakob Weatherspoon, LB #35 Ashton Blatt, DL #56 Viliami Moala, WR #82 Keeyun Chapman, DL #88 Vodney Cleveland, DL #92 Jimmy-Phrisco Alo-Suliafu
Duke: WR #1 Jamien Little, WR #3 Blake Rohrer, QB #16 Lawrence Gardner, WR #21 Qeanu Johnson, LB #31 Elliott Schaper, K #39 Cosme Salas, OL #65 Kai Jacobowitz, OL #74 Reagan McCranie, OL #79 Roman Fina
When looking at Duke's players who won't be suiting up, it's clear their offensive unit is far more diminished than UNC's. Of their nine players who have been ruled out, seven of which are on offense, including three wide receivers and offensive linemen.
UNC has the lone player listed as probable on the ACC Availability Report, and that's defensive lineman Donovan Hoilette Jr.
Just a few hours prior to kickoff, here are each team's questionable players:
UNC: DL #0 Isaiah Johnson, DB #1 Greg Smith, OL #66 Jordan Hall, TE #80 Jordan Washington
Duke: CB #4 Evan Smith, RB #20 Nate Sheppard, OL #72 Matt Craycraft
Tar Heels vs. Blue Devils betting odds

The over-under for this game is set at 46.5 points, which is a huge fall from the 54.5-point spread when the odds first came out.
In terms of the money line, Duke is the favorite at -155, while UNC sits at +130.
