Notre Dame remained at No. 3 in the latest Associated Press Top 25 after its 27-10 win over Michigan State. It was Notre Dame's 13th straight victory, and 13th straight win by double digits. Notre Dame was the only team in the top six to not receive a first place vote in this week's AP Top 25 after starting with four first place votes in the first vote and one last week.

The four biggest risers in this week's Top 25 rankings are Ole Miss, Louisville, Florida and Mississippi State. Ole Miss jumped up four spots to No. 4 after its 32-24 victory over LSU, who fell three spots to No. 10. Louisville beat SMU, who was ranked No. 16 going into this week's matchup. Florida and Mississippi State were unranked, but both jumped into the Top 25 after wins over Auburn and South Carolina, respectively.

Virginia and Oklahoma both dropped out of the Top 25 this week. The Cavaliers lost to West Virginia, but Oklahoma dropped out despite beating New Mexico. The issue is Oklahoma struggled mightily to beat the Lobos, which comes on the heels of a loss at Michigan. Texas A&M also dropped 14 spots to No. 23 after it got blasted at home by Kentucky.

Texas remained No. 1 and Georgia remained No. 2 in the latest AP Top 25. Five of the Top 10 teams in this week's rankings are from the SEC.

Notre Dame has three opponents in the latest AP Top 25, with two of those teams ranking inside the Top 10. Miami fell to No. 6 after its 33-20 win over Wake Forest. The drop was more about Ole Miss climbing than Miami falling or losing favor. BYU climbed two spots into the Top 10, checking in at No. 9 in the latest rankings. SMU dropped six spots after its loss to Louisville, but the Mustangs remain No. 22 in the latest rankings.
