Ohio State Legend Jim Tressel Announces Big Ten Championship Game Bet

Ohio State and Indiana are set to square off in the Big Ten Championship Game on Saturday evening.
The Buckeyes and the Hoosiers, both 12-0, will be playing for a conference championship – and, most likely, the No. 1 overall seed in the College Football Playoff. Ohio State and Indiana are already locks to make the College Football Playoff, but the No. 1 seed is still up for grabs. It should be a good one in Indianapolis on Saturday evening.
Indiana coach Curt Cignetti knows how tough Ohio State will be.
“Ryan Day is a great coach,” Cignetti said during a media teleconference on Sunday. “He’ll be one of the legends of the game someday."
Cignetti added high praise for Julian Sayin, too: “Yeah, he plays with a lot of poise. He doesn’t look like a guy that’s in his first year as a starter. He looks like he sees the field very well, throws the ball on rhythm. He can really rip it. He’s got a tight release, a lot of velocity on the ball, very accurate. They’ve done a nice job protecting him, and obviously he’s got great weapons to throw to.”
A lot of wagers will be placed on Saturday night's Big Ten Championship Game, which could be the game of the season in the college football world.
Tressel, who led Ohio State to a national championship in 2002, has placed a fun wager for Saturday night.

Tressel, the Lieutenant Governor of Ohio, has agreed to a wager with Indiana Lieutenant Governor Micah Beckwith.
If Ohio State wins on Saturday night, Indiana's Lieutenant Governor will have to wear one of Tressel's sweater vests.

Kickoff on Saturday night is set for 8 p.m. E.T.
