The Florida State are looking to improve their 2027 recruiting class. On Friday, one of their targets on the offensive line, three-star prospect Shavezz Dixon, will be making his decision.

"I will be COMMITTING tomorrow respect my decision. Watch it live on my instagram at 3pm EST!! Finalist- FSU, Pitt, Georgia Tech, Virginia & UNC," Dixon announced on social media.

Dixon was able to see Florida State during the spring, and he mentioned what made the Seminoles stand out.

"[Head coach Mike] Norvell, [Offensive Line Coach Herb] Hand. Coach Hand, very developing guy. He's gonna get after it with you. He's gonna develop you and push you to the limit, so that stood out to me," Dixon told Noles247.

247Sports composite rankings have Dixon listed as the No. 591 player nationally and the No. 37 interior offensive lineman in the nation. He's the No. 72 player in the state of Georgia as well.

FSU needs its first commitment from an offensive lineman in the 2027 cycle, and Dixon would be a good place to start.
