The Tennessee Volunteers are up to No. 18 in this week’s AP Top 25, which was updated on Tuesday afternoon. Faizon Brandon led the Vols to a dominant win over Furman, as expected. Tennessee now rolls on to Georgia Tech, which will be trying to bounce back from a week one loss to Colorado.

Ohio State remains ranked as the top team in the nation with a looming showdown coming this week at No. 4 Texas.

Oregon tumbled to No. 6 after a shaky afternoon against Boise State. Georgia is your new No. 2 team, followed by Notre Dame, Texas and Indiana. LSU moved up to No. 8 after dominating Clemson.

Michigan, after the controversial win over Western Michigan, fell out of the poll. Virginia moved up to the 25-slot after crushing NC State in week 0.
