According to Wednesday night's initial Week 4 SEC Availability Report, the Alabama Crimson Tide will be without a pair of outside linebackers Saturday night against South Carolina.
Per Wednesday night's report, Justin Hill and Desmond Umeozulu have both been listed as "out" for Saturday night, and as a result, will not play against the Gamecocks. Two prominent backups at outside linebacker, Hill has made six tackles with 2.5 TFL and a sack so far this season, while Umeozulu, a South Carolina transfer, also has six tackles and a TFL across three games.
Also not included on Wednesday night's report were Noah Rogers and AK Dear, meaning that both will make their season debut Saturday night. Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer previously mentioned Monday during his press conference that both would be available.
