It's officially game week for the Ohio State football team as it prepares to break the seal on the season when it hosts Ball State at home on Saturday. As the season kicks off, that means we will start to hear from head coach Ryan Day at his usual weekly press conferences, and we got our first opportunity on Tuesday.

These weekly media sessions are typically wide-ranging, and since there are a lot of unknowns as the Buckeyes prepare to start their 2026 journey, there were plenty of inquiring minds present to lob a lot of questions the coach's way.
