Following a huge road win at Mississippi State, did the Alabama Crimson Tide move in ESPN's latest Football Power Index (FPI) team rankings?

This week, Alabama's ranking did not change at No. 6, which is the same spot they sat in a week ago. Alabama's FPI rating did change though now sitting at 27.0, as of Sunday, Oct. 4.

ESPN's FPI also now projects Alabama's eventual win-loss record to be 10.7-1.9, while also giving the Crimson Tide a 14.7% chance to win out. Alabama's chances to win the SEC now sit at 27.4%, while a trip to the College Football Playoff sits at 87.7%. The Tide's national title odds also now sit at 12.5%.

Undefeated at 5-0 overall (3-0 SEC), Alabama's next game will come this upcoming Saturday, Oct. 10, against the Georgia Bulldogs, who currently sit at No. 2 in ESPN's FPI ranking. Kickoff from Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium is set for 7:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
