Notre Dame is locked and ready to as it faces Purdue on the road this Saturday in a Week 4 matchup.

While the Fighting Irish sit at No. 3 in the latest US LBM Coaches and Associated Press polls, college football guru Josh Pate has Notre Dame in his top-five teams in the latest edition of The Commissioner’s Poll.

Pate, who hosts Josh Pate’s College Football Show and is a contributing analyst for ESPN, has the Irish at No. 5 in his poll. Ole Miss, Texas, Ohio State and Georgia are just ahead of Notre Dame.
