Big Ten Writers Predict The 2026 Season

Hey TOC Nation, with Friday’s article of the TOC writers’ predictions and yesterday’s post with the FanDuel betting odds for MSU’s upcoming season, we have concluded our preview articles. We hope you enjoyed our coverage. Moving into game week, we will be getting you ready for week 1 against Toledo.

This last article before that is to help TOC Nation get an idea of the confidence levels from other Big Ten fan bases, at least as represented through the eyes of someone who covers them. I reached out to the other 15 SB Nation sites of the B1G (UCLA and USC do not have their own sites), and asked each site’s editor to give me three predictions:

  1. Their school’s 2026 regular season record
  2. Big Ten champion
  3. National champion
