Colorado football gets no AP Top 25 votes after Week 2 win

Colorado did not get any votes in the AP Top 25 Poll after their dominant 52-21 win over Weber State, where quarterback Julian Lewis finished the game with 366 passing yards and four passing touchdowns.

However, four Big 12 teams are ranked, as they were last week. But BYU is now the top-ranked Big 12 team at No. 11, while Texas Tech remains No. 13 in the poll. Utah moved up a few spots to No. 17, while Houston remains at No. 22. Despite defeating Oregon, No. 6 last week, Oklahoma State is unranked, though it received 36 votes. Arizona and Kansas State also received votes in the AP poll, although they remain unranked.

Oregon dropped to No. 21 due to their loss to the Cowboys. Texas also took over as the No. 1 team after their 20-point comeback win against Ohio State, which has now dropped to No. 6. Oklahoma also dropped from No. 11 to No. 24 after their loss to Michigan, which reentered the AP poll this week.
