Georgia football’s 2027 recruiting class is loaded with offensive players.
On Wednesday May 13, the Bulldogs added a commitment on the defensive side of the ball when three-star inside linebacker Temorris Campbell from Opa-Locka, Fla, said he’s pledged to the Bulldogs.
The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Campbell plays for Miami Carol City High.
He picked Georgia over Nebraska after getting a Bulldog offer on May 10.
“I like how they work and like how the coaches pushed them,” Campbell told the Athens Banner-Herald in a text message. “This will help get me to the next level.”
Defensive coordinator/inside linebacker Glenn Schumann certainly has churned out NFL draft picks, the latest Colts second rounder CJ Allen.
Campbell is currently the only defensive player who has publicly committed to the Bulldogs. Georgia had two cornerbacks decommit recently: five-star Donte Wright and four-star Jerry Outhouse.
Campbell is rated the nation’s No. 70 inside linebacker and No. 842 player overall by the 247Sports Composite.
