Kansas State Wildcats Have Sights Set On Former SEC O-Line Transfer

The Kansas State Wildcats are now apparently in the mix for former LSU offensive lineman Khayree Lee Jr. 

He recently posted on social media about the Wildcats have offered him a scholarship. 

Lee was a three-star recruit coming out of John Ehret High School in New Orleans. He redshirted his first season at LSU. He transferred to Coplah Lincoln Community College. 

Here are the other recent players the program has offered:

Julian Dwyer, Defensive End 

Dwyer, who plays at Cincinnati Moeller High School, is a three-star recruit with offers from Boston College, Cincinnati, Georgia Tech, Illinois and Indiana. He is rated as the 16th-best in the state of Ohio according to 247 Sports. Moeller is one of the top programs in the nation. 

Jekai Lee, Defensive End

 Lee is a prospect from Butler Community College. Lee is 6-foot-6 and 280 pounds. He also has offers from Florida International, Georgia State, Southern Mississippi and University of Texas-San Antonio.

Brady Reeves, Tight End

Kansas State extended another offer to a tight end prospect, this time three-star Brady Reeves. He currently attends Hill-Murray High School in Maplewood, MN. Reeves also received offers from Vanderbilt, Iowa State, and Miami (OH). He's ranked right outside the top 20 at his position on 247Sports. Last season, Reeves had 25 receptions for 327 yards and nine touchdowns.

Sloan Blackwell, Tight End

The program offered tight end Sloan Blackwell on Tuesday night. He currently attends Waco Midway High School in Waco, TX. Blackwell also received offers from Arizona, Syracuse, and Arizona State. Last season, he had 18 receptions for 254 yards and two touchdowns, per MaxPreps.

Jerry Richmond, Offensive Lineman

The latest offensive lineman to be offered in the class was Jerry Richmond. He currently attends East St. Louis High School in East St. Louis, IL. Richmond has also received offers from Florida Atlantic, North Carolina, and South Dakota.

Asher Megonnell, Offensive Tackle

Kansas State offered offensive tackle Asher Megonnell on Friday. He currently attends Ankeny Centennial High School in Ankeny, IA. He also received an offer from Big 12 rival Iowa State. Megonnell is currently unranked.
