Michigan State football offers Georgia 3-star LB prospect

Michigan State football has extended an offer to a linebacker from Georgia with plenty of power four interest.

CJ Ohuabunwa of Norcross, Ga. announced last week that he's received an offer from Michigan State. He made the offer from the Spartans known by posting on his personal social media X account.

Ohuabunwa is listed as a three-star prospect, with a recruiting rating of 82.67 in Rivals' industry rankings system. He is ranked as the No. 109 linebacker and No. 124 player from Georgia in the 2027 class.

Michigan State joins a long list of schools to show interest in Ohuabunwa. According to 247Sports, he holds offers from 25 programs, including the likes of Duke, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Kansas, Louisville, UCF, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest, East Carolina, South Florida, Liberty, Tulane and UNLV.
